Looking for a DSP expert who has developed TMS320C6701 for a fee

I'm looking for an old friend who has used the ancient DSP TMS320C6701. I have drawn two sets of boards, both of which cannot be run, and I can't find the problem. I'm looking for an old friend to help me find the error for a fee.

Board 1: The program can be downloaded into the internal RAM of C6701 and debugged online in single step. When the CPU runs to the function that initializes the C environment, the CPU runs away, that is, it cannot run to the main function.

Board 2: Emulator connection failed, unable to download program

This used to be a great film, but this one is not good, expensive and has few resources. I suggest you switch to an arm with DSP or FPGA, which will make processing much simpler.
