On July 27, 2019, PI released the new InnoSwitch3 series constant voltage/constant current offline flyback switch power supply IC combined with PowiGaN technology. By using GaN (gallium nitride) technology, InnoSwitch products can provide 95% high efficiency conversion over the entire load range and can provide 100 W power output without using a heat sink in a closed adapter.
