MSP430FR5994 Hardware SPI Exception [Copy link]

MSP430FR5994 communicates with the memory chip via SPI. SPI uses hardware SPI, configured as 3-wire master mode, and the SPI clock is configured as 8MHz. During the program running, the UCTXIFG transmit buffer empty flag and the UCRXIFG receive flag in the register UCBxIFG are not set. Has anyone encountered this situation?
