【TGF4042 Signal Generator】+ Unboxing Review [Copy link]

This post was last edited by Feihong Haojie on 2019-7-17 14:38

Fortunately, I got the opportunity to review this product. TGF4042 is a dual-channel 40MHZ signal generator with a sampling rate of 400MHZ, a frequency range of 1Hz to 40MHz, a resolution of 1Hz, 14 digits, and an output range of 10mVp-p to 10Vp-p. These parameters are described in detail in the manual. The accessories include a British standard plug, a European standard plug, and a manual, but there is no Chinese part in the manual. It's a pity that two alligator clips were not given...

Below are the beautiful photos

Interestingly, there is a fuse in the British standard plug. Forgive me for being surprised.

The outer silicone cover is hard, unlike the protective cover of the chrysanthemum factory, which is easy to fall off

The LCD screen is 4.3 inches, with a resolution of 480*272. The boot time is measured and it is about 13 seconds.

The basic waveform modes include sine wave, square wave, triangle wave, pulse, noise, arbitrary wave

The default boot mode is 10KHZ1VPP sine wave mode

Find an alligator clip and connect it to an oscilloscope to see the effect

Attached is the TGF4000 series manual.
