I read the data of PCF8583 today, and the range of year is only 0 to 3. So how can I set the year? How can I know if the year has changed when reading?

Today I tested it again through the serial port. When setting the time, the upper two bits of 05H are the lower two bits of the year you set. When the year changes, the upper two bits of 05H are added by 1.
