Go to the official website of the competition: https://www.eeworld.com.cn/huodong/GigaDevice_GD32E231Contest_201903/, click "Download" to download the development board information. 414059 GD32E231C-START Evaluation Board User Guide can see the introduction of the development board, required software tools and development routines. You can use either Keil V5 or IAR software to develop the evaluation board. I chose to use Keil V5 software version 5.25. I won't go into detail about the specific installation procedure. There is a lot of information on the Internet. Let's introduce the installation of GigaDevice.GD32E23x_DFP.1.0.0.pack. This installation package contains the relevant files of the GD32E231 chip. Double-click the icon to install 414061 and find the path of Keil V5 installed on your computer. Or open KeilV5, click Pack Installer.

Click File

Select Import in the menu, and import GigaDevice.GD32E23x_DFP.1.0.0.packinstallation package.

Click Open, and wait for a while for the installation to be completed.

After the installation is complete, you can see our target chip, and then you can proceed with the subsequent development.
