This post was last edited by topwon on 2019-5-17 10:43 200KHz is a relatively low frequency, and ordinary inverters such as 7404 or 7414 should be sufficient. The specific model depends on your circuit requirements, such as power supply and logic level, fan-out capability, whether Schmitt triggers are required, etc.
