I would like to ask if you know of a module that can output multiple TTL signals using an Ethernet port. I searched online but couldn't find a suitable one.

Check out industrial Ethernet terminal devices. You can easily implement them with a "thin computing platform" such as an ARM board with an Ethernet port, such as the Raspberry Pi. Smart routers or network box platforms can also be used. The cost is much cheaper than industrial Ethernet terminals, and the hardware cost can even be less than 100 yuan. If the functional requirements are simple, an Ethernet interface chip plus an appropriate MCU will do. This solution has the lowest cost.
