Encoder Problems [Copy link]

I designed an encoder circuit, the circuit is as follows: Afterwards, when I turned the encoder, there were waveforms on both ends of R34. There was a waveform on the left end of R37, but not on the right. Very strange. The PCB diagram is shown below: Can an expert tell me where the problem might be? Thank you!

You need to practice your PCB and schematic drawing skills. The lack of waveform on the right side of R37 (connected to MCU) is probably because the soldering and surrounding pins are short-circuited, other pins are configured as outputs, or you did not configure PH4 to output mode.
