LT4320 rectifier

Overview

The main control is LT4320, and the MOS is CSD19356.
ATTENTION
The maximum frequency of LT4320 is 60Hz, and the maximum frequency of LT4320-1 is 600Hz. For high frequency, you need to use diodes or make your own PWM rectifier. The
LT4320 voltage withstand manual says 80V. I have tried it and the DC voltage after rectification is about 72V. I have not tried anything else.

It shows that
compared with four diodes Rectification, efficiency is improved. According to the test results left by the senior, compared with diode rectification commonly used in the laboratory (test conditions are current 10A), the efficiency is increased from 96% to 99%.
The one in the laboratory has a different silk screen than this one. The one with the silk screen saying it is 2022 and this one are the same except for the pin header.
This project has been tested. We
drew it casually for the provincial competition. It doesn’t matter if the MOS tube is replaced with anything else. I chose 19536 because this is the only one in the laboratory...
