The original open source version is a little different from the use of esp8266 that I recently came into contact with. So I updated the esp8266 circuit according to my plan, and also calibrated the gate and anode voltages according to the instructions (I used MT3608 for this boost, which has two sets of resistors, one set is 68K+2.2=19.5V and the other is 140K+4.7=20V).
