Basic description

The CW1073 series product is a built-in high-precision detection circuit

Lithium battery protection chip with delay circuit, suitable for 6 to 7 strings of lithium ion batteries

sub-battery or lithium polymer battery pack. Provides overcharge for lithium battery packs

Detection, over-discharge detection, over-current detection, equalization, disconnection detection

As well as charging and discharging high and low temperature protection functions.

CW1073 has built-in MOSFET driver function and supports external

The PWM signal controls the DO_PWM terminal through the DCTRL terminal.

Output to realize motor speed regulation and soft start function.
