Overview

The SEC-3PH-11-OBC-EVB is a three-phase On Board Charger (OBC) reference design platform achieving state-of-the-art system efficiency with AEC qualified SiC power devices and drivers. The system boasts the high performance SiC MOSFET 1200 V, 80 m? (NVHL080N120SC1), SiC MOSFET Gate driver 6A (NCV51705) and SiC Diode 650 V, 30 A (FFSB3065B-F085). For test data results, the LLC system was driven in voltage or current control modes by embedded software. This reference design provides internal test results, as well as the files needed to copy the hardware design. The GUI software is provided as a reference only and the embedded software is not provided. Ultimately, SEC-3PH-11-OBC-EVB serves as a strong starting point for a customer design incorporating three-phase AC/DC power conversion.
