PCI-e reverse auxiliary power supply-sata version

Overview
This design is developed for users with multiple cards, multiple M2s, and multiple PCI-e devices. Due to the historical problems of 24pin, the two 12v pins are overwhelmed, and some problems such as melting or even burning of the 24pin on the power supply end occur.
In order to improve the reliability and safety of power supply, this design is designed in two modes: 8Pin and SATA. It also adopts a borrow-for-one design. The PCI-e line is led out through the USB3.0 interface. You can use the secondary board to restore it to PCI-e for continued use. .
The reason for making the sata version is that not all users have extra 6 or 8 pins, which may have been used up by graphics cards, etc. At the same time, the 12v power supply is divided into multiple channels. Generally, the motherboard and sata are on the same channel to avoid multiple channels. Unbalanced power supply voltage may cause backflow and other problems.
In order to provide users with more choices, the added capacitor depends on the user's power supply. It can reduce ripple and extend the holding time to a certain extent, but it is optional and may not be as good as adding it. .
SATA is designed to carry less current. For safety reasons, two SATAs are connected, and it is recommended to connect them to two different power lines.
According to Ohm's law, all the current will not flow through the power supply card side and cause burns. This side is connected in parallel with 24Pin, which reduces the resistance and heat generation of 24Pin. It is forbidden to disconnect 24Pin and only use this power supply.
The USB3.0 data cable tested before, the rx and tx at both ends are not reversed, that is, the rx is here, and the other end is still at the rx pin. My level is limited, and I don’t know if there is a line exchange rx, tx. I hope users Note that there should be no need to invert the extension cord.
My level is limited, and there may be problems such as wrong orientation, wrong pins, wrong wiring, etc. It is recommended for those with PCI-e development experience. Developers are also welcome to use this design as a product.
This design has three parts: 8Pin, sata, and sub-board. Click on the homepage to view other projects.
