You can do it with your hands, and only a few components are needed to implement it.

20220807 update V3
Updated content: The diameter of the hot bed hole has been modified to 1.85mm. The copper pillar screws can be tapped to achieve a tight fit, which eliminates the need for screws on the table.
Basic parameters:
Heating area: 35X35
Power supply voltage: DC 15V-24V
Heating bed resistance: about 5Ω
Power: about 40-50W
Temperature range: 220+ (temperature adjustable)
Cost: single digits
Heating device: Aluminum substrate proofing
Screw post: M2*5
Precautions:
1. The thermocouple is inside the heating head of 936-1322. After buying it, smash the heating core, take out the thermocouple, and distinguish the positive and negative poles (burn it with a lighter yourself and measure the voltage).
2. I use an ejection pin (removed from other places) to connect the heating plate to the main board. You can buy it on Taobao, but you need to modify the size of the hole on the control board accordingly. In addition, even if the ejector pin is used, some solder must be added to prevent poor contact here.
3.RP1-10K is a sliding rheostat. The greater the resistance, the lower the temperature. What I designed here is that counterclockwise is the minimum temperature, and clockwise increases the temperature.
Disadvantages: There is no temperature display. The lowest setting is about 220 degrees, which is enough for welding lamp beads and other things. If the cost is in the single digits, let’s not buy a bicycle.
