Overview

Schematic diagram

The schematic is copied from the training camp case. The Hi3861 module connects to the 16-channel LED driver chip PCA9685 through SDA SCL to generate the PWM signal for controlling the servo. The servo is provided by a LM084 LDO with 5V/10A output.
I forgot to add the power indicator light. I should add a light to make it easier to observe the power-on status.

PCB design instructions

The PCB area is much smaller than the case, the components are arranged more symmetrically, and all the chip pins are lead out. The voltage decreases step by step from left to right, and there are basically no components protruding from the back to facilitate the placement of the battery. The disadvantage is that the 5V trace may not be wide enough. I don't know if all 16 channels will be enough if the motor is connected.

Software description

I didn’t have time to study the software this time, so I used the ready-made firmware flashed by Hiburn.

Physical display instructions

The outer casing is FDM 3D printed and powered by the camera’s 7.4V F550 battery.

Assembly problem: The motor connection sequence of the small clock is: left 3, right 4, bottom motor 15
