The RDGD3100F3PH5EVB is a fully functional 3-phase power gate drive reference design equipped with 6 GD3100 gate drivers with fault management and auxiliary control circuitry capabilities.
The board supports SPI daisy chain communication for programming and communicating independently with the 3 high side gate drivers and 3 low side gate drivers. Contains S32SDEV-CON18 PCIe cable for connecting to MCU control board MPC5777C-DEVB (not included). This board is used to connect Fuji Electric M653 series IGBT modules (not included).
