The reason why it is designed to be single-sided is that it is easier to solder a single-sided PCB. One side is soldered and the other side is jumpered, with a total of 35*33 solder joints. At the same time, the four screw holes are connected to the four pads in the corners, and the copper pillars can be reused to connect to the upper PCB, allowing multiple boards to be stacked.
