This project includes one schematic diagram and two PCBs, namely the square lamp PCB and the round lamp PCB. The ESP-01 module (purchased by a newcomer in an electronics mall for 1 yuan) is used as the main control. Its IO2 pin output controls 5 WS2812B lamp beads (100 pieces for 17 yuan). In order to reduce costs, the serial port download circuit is not added, and you need to prepare your own USB -TTL downloader (about 5 yuan) or ESP-01 downloader (about 7 yuan) is the project download program. The rest of the components used are common components: AMS1117-3.3*1 piece, 10uF capacitor*2 pieces, 100nF (0.1uF) capacitor*9 pieces, 12K resistor*2 pieces, Type-C female socket*6P piece, several pin headers , 2 to 4 M2*4 screws.
The project shell source file (SLDPRT file), STL file, source code, etc. are all in the attachment. I hope that the majority of electronics enthusiasts will continue to innovate.
The program is very simple. Just use Ardiono IDE and call the <FASTLED> library. The lighting mode has been set to rainbow gradient in this program. You can change other modes by yourself.
When downloading the program , connect the four wires in the red box to the USB to TTL module, short-circuit the two pins in the green box, and then insert it into the computer to download the program; when the program is running , cancel the short-circuiting of the two green pins and re-upload the program. Just use electricity.
The casing is drawn with SolidWorks 2018 and is divided into two parts: lampshade and lamp holder. It comes with a card slot, heat dissipation hole and Type-C interface slot. The lamp holder part has four screw holes, which can be used to fix the PCB. Use M2*4 screws. Can.
