Overview

(Completed) The electric curling iron is divided into three modes: IDLE (default state when turned on, the motor does not rotate), Soft (warm mode, 2500 rpm), and Hard (macho mode, 5000 rpm);
(Completed) Minimalist operation, three modes can be switched with one click;

Modification summary:

  1. Hardware: According to requirements, integrated into two boards: control board and driver board. The two are connected through FPC cables and powered independently;
  2. Hardware: Delete unnecessary redundant capacitors and redundant buttons, and replace terminals to save space. I originally wanted to merge the two boards together, but it was really not possible under the existing size and component selection, and the risk of success on the first attempt was greater;
  3. Software: considering the sensitivity of curly hair, the motor is judged to be blocked by current, and the machine will be shut down immediately if the current is too large;
  4. Software: imitates existing small household appliances, single-button design, no learning costs;
  5. Software: The interface is transplanted to u8g2. After the interface is completed, it is integrated together: Since the hardware IIC has not been adjusted, the software IIC is used. The result is that the refresh process is obvious and not smooth enough. We will study the hardware IIC later;
  6. Software: The PID parameters are not smooth enough and need to be further adjusted. After fine-tuning, the parameters are obviously upward;
