1. Product Introduction
This product is a dual-channel PWM pulse generator. The output frequency is adjustable from 1HZ to 1MHZ with a resolution of 1HZ; the duty cycle is 1%-99% and the resolution is 1%; the output voltage can be set to 3.3V or 5V.
2. Application scenarios
(1) It can be used as a simple signal source in digital circuit or analog circuit experiments.
(2) As a control signal for LED stepless dimming.
(3) It can be used in DC chopper circuits, buzzer drives, motor drives, inverter circuits, humidifier atomization volume, etc.
3. Product Overview
This product uses STM32F103C6T6A as the main control chip. By rotating the corresponding operation of the code, STM32 can directly output dual 1-1MHZ PWM signals. 74HC00D can convert the output 3.3V signal into 5V, which can be controlled by two toggle switches. Switch 3.3V or 5V output respectively.
4. Product parameters
1. Working voltage range: 4.5-6V
2. Output voltage: 3.3/5V
3. Maximum output current: 3.3V---8mA; 5V---20mA
4. Frequency range: 1HZ-1MHZ
5. Frequency Accuracy: +-1%
6. Duty cycle accuracy: +-1%
7. PCB size: length 65.53MM, width 17.78MM
5. Instructions for use
This product is very simple to use, directly insert the TYPE-C data cable and connect to the power supply. OLED display, when the number flashes, rotate the rotary encoder to change the size of the number. Click the rotary encoder to jump to the next digit. Press and hold the rotary encoder for more than 0.5 seconds to jump to channel 2. Press and hold again to return to Channel 1, after setting the frequency and duty cycle, the right terminal and pin header can directly output the corresponding PWM signal.
6. Remarks
1. This product needs to be burned with firmware before it can be used. The corresponding firmware, 3D shell, and interactive BOM can be found in the attachment for details.
2. This product has weak driving capabilities and is not recommended to be used directly as a driver
. 3. During use When outputting 3.3V, it is forbidden to make the output signal pin voltage higher than 3.6V; when outputting 5V, it is forbidden to make the output signal pin voltage higher than 6V, otherwise the MCU may be burned out.
