The S12ZVMC256 is a development board for the S12 MagniV ® S12ZVM 16-bit MCU, suitable for two-phase DC and 3-phase BLDC or PMSM motor control applications. The S12ZVM integrates an MCU with the S12Z core, a 5V regulator, a CAN physical layer and a gate driver capable of controlling up to 6 power MOSFETs. It is suitable for various automotive applications such as HVAC fans, engine cooling fans, wiper systems, fuel pump or water pump.
