This BLDC motor driver board is capable of driving one BLDC motor, or one or two bidirectional DC motors (H-bridge configuration, cascaded to support a second motor) or up to three unidirectional DC motors (half-bridge configuration). The implemented integrated IFX007T half-bridge can be controlled by PWM via the IN pin. Easily connected to a microcontroller or Arduino, the integrated driver IC features logic level inputs, current sense diagnostics, slew rate regulation, and dead time generation. The three IFX007T half-bridges are also fully protected against over-temperature, under-voltage, over-current and short-circuit events. This project is capable of high frequency PWM, such as 30Khz. All inputs are logic levels, the current sense output is used for diagnostic purposes, and the slew rate is adjustable using R7, R8, R9. This enables fast and cheap prototyping of (brushless) DC motor controls, easy testing of half- and full-bridge motor controls, status flag diagnostics with current sensing, overtemperature shutdown with latching behavior and undervoltage . It is recommended to use forced cold air to control the temperature of the IFX007 chip.
