Summary
This is a reference design for CLLLC Full Bridge Bidirectional Power Converter for electric vehicles.
By using SiC MOSFET, it can operate at high switching frequency, achieving high efficiency, small size and lightweight.
It can be used in high-power charging systems such as electric vehicle chargers, OBC, UPS and solar systems.
By using this reference design, users can accelerate the design of SiC MOSFET systems, thereby significantly shortening product development cycles.

are about 50% smaller than IGBT, high output (6.6kW), high efficiency (more than 99%), digitally controlled bidirectional output, and adjustable output voltage.
