It is a mooncake-shaped gas alarm that detects gas content through MQ-2 and supports touch mute after alarming. It is also a weather indicator in normal times, indicating weather conditions through colors: blue for rainy days, light blue for cloudy days, and yellow for sunny days. Wait... It matches the shape of the mooncake, so it doesn't look out of place in the kitchen.
This is a mooncake-shaped weather & gas sensor that supports the following functions:
- Real-time monitoring of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and other smog in the air. If the set value is exceeded, an audible and visual alarm will occur.
- Touch one button to mute. After discovering a leak, you can mute it with one button to avoid continuous chirping.
- Connect to the Tuya Cloud platform to obtain the most accurate local weather information, and display the weather information clearly at a glance without alarming.
- The appearance of the mooncakes makes it look out of place in the kitchen and other places.
This is what it looks like:
It seems that the display is a bit large...I don't know how to adjust QWQ...
You can see that it is light blue now and it is cloudy outside. The weather information will be updated every 30 minutes and the gas detection will always work.
After detecting that the gas exceeds the standard, the internal buzzer will sound programmed and the light will turn red to warn the homeowner to check for leaks.
Schematic diagram
Power supply part: Tuya module requires 3.3V voltage to work, and the input voltage is 5V, so LDO is used to reduce the voltage here. The common AMS1117-3.3V is used, and the schematic diagram adopts the official recommendation:
Main control part: Using ATMEGA328P chip, it is used for communication with Tuya module and data collection of gas sensor.
Touch part: It adopts RH6015 touch chip, supports latch output, and can adjust the sensitivity. The 2mm shell has no impact at all. The schematic diagram adopts the official recommendation:
The last part is the burning part. The main control needs to be programmed, so a USB-TTL chip is used to implement micro usb programming. CH340G is used here. A capacitor is connected in series with the RTS pin to the main control chip to achieve automatic reset during burning, as shown in the figure. Show:
shell
The shell design still uses fusion 360 design software:
The diameter is 10cm. I feel pretty good hhhh. Everyone dislikes QAQ. The shell file will be uploaded. If you think it’s good, give it a thumbs up.
Note: Because it is necessary to detect the gas content in the air, the shell is not closed. There are two symmetrical ventilation holes designed on the top, and the frame is not fully closed to avoid affecting the detection accuracy:
The specific demonstration has been uploaded to station b: https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1Wb4y1272P/
The editing software I used before has expired. I used Bilibili editing software for the first time and the effect was just average...
