The powerful powerZ power meter on a certain product is very popular. Today I will share a USB power meter project with a cost of less than 100 yuan. The demonstration video is https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV113411z7Wd
This power meter has a sandwich structure. The upper two PCB layers are OLED screens and are connected to the middle layer through cables. The middle layer is the core, where the power supply, main control, ADC, and storage chips are all located. The bottom layer is the bottom layer.
In order to adapt to the private fast charging protocols of Xiaomi and other mobile phone manufacturers, I chose the 5PIN USB-A interface, which has an extra cc cable and is connected to the cc1 of typec to implement the private PD fast charging protocol.
There are many programs and tutorials for INA226 on the Internet. I will share a compiled one here. You can directly call the function to read the voltage, current, power, etc.
