Overview

This project is based on Nanxin SC8721QFER solution verification board (C429907) SC8721 high-efficiency synchronous buck-boost converter, which integrates four low internal resistance MOS SC8721 is an ultra-high efficiency synchronous Buck-Boost that integrates four power tubes The converter simplifies customer system design to the greatest extent, reduces PCB Space and BOM, and its high efficiency can effectively reduce heat loss. The output voltage of the SC8721 can be higher than, equal to or lower than the input voltage. SC8721 has an ultra-wide input and output voltage range, and the input and output voltage range can reach 2.7V to 22V. SC8721 integrates I2C function to facilitate customers to use the control chip. Users can configure the output voltage, output current limit and switching frequency through I2C. SC8721 adopts current control mode and supports output current limit, dynamic output voltage adjustment, internal current limit, output short-circuit protection and over-temperature protection to ensure that the chip can work under various abnormal conditions. SC8721 is packaged in 21pin 4x4 QFN. Has the following advantages

Using IIC communication

This solution verification board leads out the SW probe to facilitate observation of the waveform.
