15th smart car sound beacon vehicle open source

 
Overview

 

The 15th Sound Beacon Group, because I am too good at it, I would like to save three points, so I will release the whole car. I hope you can give me some guidance. I wish all the car friends a happy event.

The theme of the 15th Sound Beacon is to hear the sound and move. It requires various sensors to find the sound beacon and trigger it.

Due to the regulations of the organizing committee, the main control part can only use Infineon tircore series microcontrollers. Due to my inexperience and various reasons, I chose TC264DA as the smart car main control.

The various parameters of 264DA will be added later.

Because I am too bad and have time issues, I gave up drawing the minimum system and directly chose the TC264 core board of Longqiu Technology.

The 5V power supply of the core board uses LM2596-5, which supplies the encoder, microphone circuit and 3.3V voltage stabilization.

The 3.3V power supply adopts LD39150, which is used for core board, Bluetooth module, radio module, gyroscope and external control board.

The motherboard remains

1. Three-way microphone interface, each with two ADC interfaces, a total of six ADCs collect six-way sound signals to complete positioning

2. Four-way encoder interface. Because I am too poor and cannot afford the higher-priced mini encoder, I bought some second-hand Omron, so the power supply is 5V. The 74 chip added at the rear was originally designed to convert 5V orthogonal signals. After switching to 3.3V, it was not working well and the core board can withstand 5V, so the flying wire was solved.

9. Bluetooth interface, using Ebyte E104BT05 module, small size and built-in ceramic antenna

Let’s talk about the driver. The driver uses four-channel BTN8960 disassembled parts. It is still very easy to use and has a design current of 70A.

Then there is the microphone and filter circuit. The microphone directly uses the MAX9814 module that is very common on Taobao to automatically gain

In terms of filtering, the LTC1569CS8-7 seventh-order bandpass filter chip is used to reduce noise interference as much as possible.

The power supply part uses a small battery and uses three Sony VTC618650 batteries.
