Project description
Class D power amplifier based on TPA3116 chip, compatible with TPA3126/TPA3118/TPA3130. The power amplifier board adopts the simplest design, uses DC-005 power input, and the power supply range is 5-24V (actually depends on the withstand voltage of the components used). 3.5mm audio input.
key parameter
Power input: DC-005 connector Power supply range: 5~24V Audio input: 3.5mm analog input Audio output: 2.0 channel differential output
Debugging process
The actual welded components can work as long as they meet the minimum requirements. You can choose to weld patch or in-line resistors and capacitors according to the components you already have.
Physical display
PCB blank board
The actual picture shows that the LC filter uses in-line capacitors and inductors, which can be replaced by SMD ones. The power amplifier chips can be selected from TPA3116, TPA3118, TPA3130, and TPA3126.
The amplifier works fine.
Change log
2019-09-1 1. This design has been certified and can be used normally. 2. Slightly modify the position of the 3.5mm female connector so that it can lie flat.
2019-07-27 1. Modify the wiring 2. Add the LC filter pads of the plug-in inductor and the chip capacitor.
2019-07-26 1. Cancel the power on and off control circuit. It will be on by default. Please cut off the power to shut down. 2. Cancel the volume control circuit, please select the gain resistor welding according to the actual situation. 3. The output terminal wiring is changed to DB301 terminal. If there are special needs, it can be changed by yourself. 4. AVCC and PVCC now supply power to the same network instead of separate power supplies. 5. Adjust the PCB layout to further reduce the board area.
2019-07-12 1. Change the pull-up resistor of pin 1 to 100k, which was originally 0R. 2. Correct the wiring error of the self-locking switch.
2019-07-09 1. Initial release
