Servo motor control solution

Overview

Based on the digital DC servo driver solution developed by M483KGCAE2A, the control principle of this design is closed-loop control of space vector. The MCU single chip completes the corresponding closed-loop control (current loop, speed loop). The system has high performance, high reliability, easy maintenance and comprehensive Digitalization and other advantages make it convenient for customers to conduct second R&D on this platform and shorten product development time.

- Button control mode: acceleration, deceleration
- Forward and reverse control
- RS232 interface communication
- CAN interface communication
- Overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, overheating, protection
- LED light status display, red → fault, green → normal, blue → protection

- Supports up to 192 MHz main frequency
- 12 enhanced PWM with 12 16-bit timers
- 2 x 12-bit, up to 24-channel 5 MSPS SAR ADC
- 2 x 12-bit, 1MSPS DAC
- Voltage operating range: 1.8V ~ 3.6V
- 2 QEI
