TB67H400A is a PWM chopper type brushed DC motor driver. The TB67H400A is a dual-channel H-SW driver that can control two brushed DC motors. In addition, the parallel control function (Large mode) of the built-in output section also enables 1-channel high-current drive. TB67H400A is manufactured using BiCD process and has a rated voltage of 50V, 4.0A (2ch)/8.0A (1ch).
