TB6569FG/FTG is a full-bridge driver IC for DC motors. The output transistor adopts MOS structure. By adopting low on-resistance, high-efficiency drive MOSFET and PWM control with low heat generation can be achieved. In addition, by setting the two input signals of IN1 and IN2, TB6569FG/FTG has four optional operations of forward (clockwise), reverse (counterclockwise), short circuit braking and stop modes.
