Overview

STEVAL-SPIN3201 is a three-phase BLDC (brushless DC) motor driver board based on STSPIN32F0 and STD140N6F7 MOSFETs.

The device provides an economical and simple solution for low voltage motor drive applications such as fans, drones and power tools.
The board is designed for sensor or sensorless vector control - FOC (field vector control) algorithm with three-resistor sampling.

  • Input voltage: 8V to 45V
  • Output current up to 15 Arms
  • Power stage based on STD140N6F7 MOSFETs
  • Embedded 3.3 V buck regulator
  • Embedded 12 V LDO regulator
  • Three resistor sampling
  • Digital Hall sensor and encoder input
  • Overcurrent comparator
  • Bus voltage detection
  • Fully compatible with STM 32 PMSM FOC software development kit (STSW-STM32100)
  • Embedded ST-LINK/V2-1
  • Simple user interface with buttons and spinners
  • Passed RoHS certification
