Now, due to the impact of the epidemic and other factors, the shortage of overseas chips and the skyrocketing prices have brought hope to domestic chips. For R&D personnel, it is urgent to learn the use of domestic chips and technological innovation. Before learning and testing the development board, you need to go through the installation of the development environment. Compared with other development environments, the Gaoyun GW1N development environment is very simple.

1. Software download:

You can download the development tools directly from Gowin's official website : http://www.gowinsemi.com.cn/faq.aspx . You can choose the version of the software you need.

2. Software Installation

Run

directly . The installation steps are very simple and will not be described in detail here. However, please note that you need to apply for a license after installation. You can apply for a license directly on the official website:

You can also ask Gaoyun's FAE to help you apply for it. After obtaining the license , save it locally, run the software, and enter Manage License in Help :

Choose to use the local license file, select the license file in Browse, and finally save the settings.

In addition, physical constraints are required after writing the program:

If necessary, you can select GowinSynthesis logic analyzer or other logic analyzers (such as ModuleSim, etc.) in synthesis to analyze the relevant waveforms.
