When a company develops products, it is inevitable that it needs the cooperation of multiple people. Because it is a small company, it is basically impossible to keep the masters. Most of the masters who gather together are scattered immortals with amazing bones. These immortals have poor foundations and do not practice in normal times. When the program is wrong, it takes a long time to find where the problem is. Fixing a bug buries more landmines. Solving bugs usually only treats the symptoms but not the root cause, and lacks the ability to see the essence through the phenomenon. When writing interfaces, they usually only care about their own troubles and do not care about team cooperation. The variable name is pinyin + 1234. The interface data, the same field, is sometimes a numeric type and sometimes a string type. Suggestions are also indifferent. They don’t know whether they are right or wrong. When communicating about technology, they are confused. They don’t understand anything and can’t understand. When communicating, they are also nonsense. This kind of immortal is basically the same as when they first joined the company, and they are still the same after three or four years. There is almost no improvement in level. The fundamental problem is that the foundation is not solid, the basic theory is not solid, and they run into obstacles everywhere when doing some work. Not many functions have been implemented, but many bugs have been written. The product quality is worrying and problems occur frequently. Is it so difficult to study by reading books in daily life?

The point is, I found that there are such experts on the forum. Forum friends who have been posting and asking questions for many years have always been asking questions at the level of 1+1=2. I am quite speechless. It is a good thing to be diligent in learning and asking questions, but can they understand the basic theories instead of studying superficial phenomena all day long? I believe that they are also a headache for their colleagues in reality.

We are all technical people, why get involved in this circle to make things difficult for technical people? If you encounter such a colleague, is there any other way besides quitting?
