The IMP23ABSU uses a 3.5 x 2.65 x 0.98 mm bottom-out package and has an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees Celsius.

The data sheet provides frequency response curves for frequencies above 10KHz, and can measure ultrasonic signals up to 80KHz. It can also easily measure the commonly used 40KHz ultrasonic waves.
