Zhengdian Atom has released an FPGA development board based on Gaoyun GW2A [Copy link]

 

ATK-CFGW2ALV18 looks very similar to SIPEED's tang primer 20k, but provides more reference routines

The GW2A package in the schematic is basically the same as the tang primer 20k

DDR uses Nanya's NT5CB128M16JR low-voltage version with a power supply voltage of 1.35V. It uses a low-cost DDR_VTT-free circuit and direct resistor voltage division. There are no pull-up and pull-down resistors on the address lines. I just came into contact with DDR and didn't quite understand this circuit.

The price of the core board + baseboard is 376 yuan, which is reasonable and a little more expensive than Sipeed Tang Primer 20K.

After checking some information, it seems that a single DDR3 does not need VTT. If multiple chips share the same address line, VTT is required when the load is too heavy.
