1. Instrument model: CXN2000-6KVA
2. Fault description: After power-on, the output overvoltage and output undervoltage lights are both on, accompanied by a beeping sound, and the output cannot be normal.
3. Inspection and maintenance:
The power supply is a three-phase medium-frequency power supply, which is large in size and weight and inconvenient to move. The instrument is inspected and repaired on-site at the customer's site.
Detection: Power on test, fault is true. After the startup initialization is completed, the output overvoltage and output undervoltage lights are both on, accompanied by a beep. No output.
After multiple tests and observation of the startup process, it was found that after the output initialization was completed, there was a short period of time when the output could be output and the output undervoltage indicator would go out. However, it lasted for a very short time and then the output overvoltage indicator would light up.
After careful inspection, it was found that two of the output adjustment knobs on the front panel were damaged, causing the output setting value to be completely wrong, resulting in an error.
After replacing similar devices and testing again, the power supply output returned to normal.
Then replace the original parts. Repair.
