How to input xy coordinates for hole location in pads packaging [Copy link]

Now the company requires all to use PADS drawing board. I used to use Allegro. When I first started learning PADS, I found that I didn’t know how to input the XY coordinates for accurate positioning when doing packaging. The XY coordinates of the pad foot can be modified, but now I don’t know how to locate the empty hole. Which master can guide me, if I want to draw a circular hole for positioning, how to input the XY coordinates and the R radius.

I have basically read all these on the Internet, but I haven't found how to input XY coordinate positioning. If you draw a circle with XY positioning, such as the allegro positioning circle command: Input coordinates: x 0 y 0 Input circle radius: ix 0.5  Details Published on 2018-12-7 09:00

Different software, but you must set the origin first. After clicking Set Origin, right-click the mouse to have options or set it under Origin in the Edit drop-down menu: Edit (E) - Origin (O) - Set (S) Double-click again to see X, Y

I got it by accident, it turned out like this. I still think Allegro is more convenient, maybe it's a matter of habit. It's still slow to do it by yourself without any guidance. You said I can do it. This is to set the origin position, as shown in the figure below. [attachimg]390883[/attachimg] I want to determine the position of the circle and the semicircle.  Details Published on 2018-12-7 11:18

You mean setting the origin position, as shown in the figure below. I want to determine the position and radius of the circle. In fact, I just need to draw a circle first, then right-click 1. Select at will---double-click the circle-------modify the XY coordinate position and radius 2. Select the shape---double-click the circle-------modify the type attribute
