Recently, Dongni Electronics said in an institutional survey that after several years of R&D and customer development, the company's battery tab products have begun mass production and supply to some high-quality domestic customers in 2020. In the first three quarters of 2021, the product continued to develop well, with a significant increase in revenue and gross profit. While cooperating with existing customers in mass production, the company will also actively promote the verification progress of other customers.
Public information shows that Tony Electronics focuses on the application research and development, production and sales of ultra-fine alloy wires and other metal-based composite materials. The company's products are mainly used in four major fields: consumer electronics, medical, solar photovoltaics, and new energy vehicles: ultra-fine conductors, laminated wires, wireless charging magnetic isolation materials, etc. are mainly used in the consumer electronics industry; medical wire harnesses are mainly used in the medical industry; diamond cutting wires are mainly used in sapphire and silicon wafer cutting; and tabs are mainly used in the new energy vehicle industry.
Dongni Electronics disclosed that the silicon carbide project has been in reserve for research and development since 2017. The technology mainly comes from the United States and Japan, and the R&D team is from Taiwan. At present, Dongni Electronics' annual production of 120,000 pieces of silicon carbide semiconductor materials project is implemented at the Dongni Industrial Park Phase II, No. 588, Liji East Road, Zhili Town, Wuxing District, Huzhou City, and uses existing factory buildings and other infrastructure to support the project's research and development and subsequent production.
It is reported that after the previous technical equipment transformation, Dongni Electronics' diamond cutting wire products have improved customer recognition, increased orders, reduced costs, and significantly increased revenue and gross profit. It will continue to carry out product research and development and technical transformation to improve product quality and increase product market share.
In addition, energy-saving solar film has been supplied to some customers in small batches since the fourth quarter of 2021, and Tony Electronics will also actively promote the sample verification process of other customers. At the same time, aluminum-plastic film has begun to be supplied to consumer electronics customers in small batches, and aluminum-plastic film for power batteries is in the R&D and sample delivery stage.
Regarding the future development direction, Dongni Electronics stated that the company will focus on the application research and development, production and sales of ultra-fine alloy wires and other metal-based composite materials in the future. In the field of consumer electronics, the company will cooperate with major customers, continuously increase R&D investment, maintain technological leadership in the industry, and provide customers with customized, high-value-added new products; in the fields of photovoltaics, new energy, and medical care, Dongni Electronics will keep up with industry development trends, pay attention to policy changes, and provide high-quality products according to customer needs; in the field of semiconductor materials, Dongni Electronics will respond to national industrial policies, actively invest in R&D, and strive to achieve stable mass production of high-quality products; at the same time, the company will continue to introduce high-end technical talents to enhance independent innovation capabilities.
