On January 17, MediaTek released a new flagship chip, the Dimensity 9000. After the release, OPPO announced that it would be the first to launch this 4nm flagship processor, and the first model to be equipped with it is the new OPPO Find X series.
Today, according to digital blogger @数码闲聊站, in terms of appearance, the front face of the OPPO Find X5 series remains unchanged, the rear three-camera module is an irregular design, the medium and large cups use an one-piece hot bending process, and the ceramic white color scheme has a good texture.
In addition, the series will also be named after Kazakhstan and will be equipped with OPPO's self-developed chip MariaSilicon X.
It is reported that MariSilicon X is the world's first 6nm imaging-specific NPU chip. It uses a self-developed AI computing unit, has a maximum AI computing power of 18 TOPS, and an energy efficiency ratio of 11.6 TOPS/W. It not only achieves the energy efficiency milestone of mobile phone NPU, but this level has surpassed the computing power of the A15 chip on Apple's iPhone 13 Pro Max.
It is worth mentioning that MariSilicon X is built based on TSMC's 6nm process and has excellent energy efficiency performance.
In terms of imaging performance, MariSilicon X supports 20-bit bandwidth and 20-bit Ultra HDR, lossless real-time RAW, and RGBW Pro that maximizes sensor capabilities. Thanks to this, 4K night scene videos have AI for the first time, making every frame of the video a good photo.
In terms of core configuration, the OPPO Find X5 series is expected to adopt the second-generation LTPO screen, support 1-120Hz refresh rate adaptive adjustment, and support 80W SuperVOOC flash charging.
