Technology media AppleInsider made a product rendering based on the information currently available, showing what the phone might look like. The biggest change is that the camera module on the back of the body is no longer raised, the front of the body adopts a punch-hole front camera design, and the round volume button has returned.
Korean media previously revealed that next year's iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will use perforated LPTO OLED display panels provided by Samsung and LG.
The report mentioned that the punch-hole design is a cutout that centers the front camera to provide a larger display area instead of the bangs, and Apple also implements a different solution for Face ID, which may be placed under the display.
According to Haitong Securities analyst Jeff Pu in his latest research report, the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max are expected to be upgraded to 6GB of RAM, while the 6.1-inch iPhone Pro and 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Pro Max will be upgraded to 8GB of RAM.
Judging from the current industry technology trends, not only will the capacity be upgraded, but the particle type will also be LPDDR5 or even LPDDR5X.
