Xiaohua Semiconductor is located in Shanghai Free Trade Zone. It was formerly known as the MCU Division of Huada Semiconductor and is the largest ultra-low power MCU manufacturer in China in terms of shipments. The company focuses on the research and development of domestic MCUs with high reliability and security. Its products and solutions are widely used in consumer electronics, smart homes, industrial control, automotive electronics and other fields.
This round of financing has realized the company's mixed-ownership reform and further enhanced the company's market vitality. At the same time, the completion of the financing will greatly help Xiaohua Semiconductor's research and development efforts in key areas such as automotive electronics and industrial control, further consolidate the company's position as an industry leader, and help solve the "bottleneck" problem in the domestic high-end MCU field, and effectively ensure the security of the national industrial chain.
