Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office issued a "Decision on the Examination of the Request for Invalidation", with decision number 52836 and patent number 201120408284.X, maintaining the validity of the patent right. The patentee is Shenzhen Tianwei Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianwei Electronics), and the invalidation requester is Shenzhen Leadcore Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Leadcore).
In April 2021, Unigroup filed a request for invalidation with the National Intellectual Property Administration, involving Tianwei Electronics' utility model patent for "LED multi-level drive circuit".
After review, the State Intellectual Property Office decided to maintain the validity of the utility model patent No. 201120408284.X.
