Recently, according to the Guangdong Regulatory Bureau, Foshan Qingsong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Foshan Qingsong) has completed the guidance registration with the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau on November 4, 2021, and the listing guidance institution is CITIC Construction Investment Securities.
According to the official website, Foshan Qingsong was established in 2000 and is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales and after-sales service in the fields of LED display, LED green lighting, LED traffic series products, etc.
In terms of smart traffic signal products, Foshan Qingsong uses "Internet +" technology to realize the visualization and informatization of traffic management and provide customers with smart traffic solutions; in terms of LED display screens, it takes LED outdoor advertising business as the core to build a new "smart + energy-saving" display mode; in terms of lighting products, it uses intelligent commercial lighting management to form a large-scale healthy marketing system.
Previously, the product market of Foshan Qingsong was mainly overseas. In markets such as Norway and Hungary, Foshan Qingsong's LED intelligent variable information boards accounted for more than 70% of the local market share, and the export of LED intelligent variable information boards ranked among the top for many years.
In September this year, the Foshan Qingsong Headquarters Project started construction in Guicheng Street, Nanhai District. The project covers an area of about 13,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 66,000 square meters and an estimated total investment of 380 million yuan. In the next five years, the output value is expected to reach 2 billion yuan, tax revenue of 200 million yuan, and export earnings of 1.5 billion yuan. By then, Foshan Qingsong's marketing center, R&D center, experimental testing center and other core departments will be set up here.
