According to Jiwei.com, on October 8, the National Procurement Center located in Wuhan Optics Valley Central City announced that OPPO Wuhan R&D Center has officially begun operations.
OPPO Wuhan R&D Center has an office area of 3,000 square meters. It will serve as a software R&D and technical capability center in central China. Combining Wuhan's geographical advantages, it will focus on the construction of software engineering system capabilities and is committed to creating the industry's top software experience and services, making software the company's core competitiveness.
OPPO has currently established about 10 R&D centers at home and abroad. Relevant data shows that as of June 30, 2021, OPPO's global patent applications exceeded 65,000, and the number of global authorizations exceeded 30,000.
