Jingyuan Electronics recently announced that the company stopped working for two days and all foreign workers were required to take leave, resulting in a reduced workload when resuming work, which will affect June's revenue by 30%-35%.
It is understood that since foreign migrant workers account for nearly 27% of King Yuan Electric's workforce, although King Yuan Electric resumed work at 7:20 pm on the 6th, it could only reduce load for maintenance due to insufficient manpower dispatch.
Jingyuan Electronics originally estimated that the two-day shutdown would affect the company's June revenue by about 4-6%, but due to the sharp reduction in manpower and the impact of reduced load on revenue after resumption of work was greater than expected, Jingyuan Electronics announced today that the impact on June revenue was revised up to 30% to 35%, and the company also admitted that some customer orders had been transferred.
Jingyuan Electronics said that during the two-week vacation for foreign workers, the company will discuss production priorities with customers and dispatch local employees to support and reduce the impact. As for the revenue lag during the period of reduced load and resumption of work, it will be compensated by increasing production capacity after the full line resumes work.
