Wuhan XMC and Espressif Systems deepen strategic partnership to expand storage product lines

On April 26, Wuhan XMC Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan XMC") announced that it would deepen its strategic cooperation relationship with Espressif Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Espressif Systems") and continue to focus on the development of the Internet of Things market.

Wuhan XMC and Espressif Systems have reached a strategic cooperation for one year. The two parties have focused on the IoT application market and launched all-round cooperation in the development of memory chip products and application solutions. Currently, Wuhan XMC has successively introduced FG 50nm NOR Flash series products on Espressif Systems' major platforms, including KGD sealing solutions and packaging wafers. Its shipments and sales have maintained an annual compound growth rate of over 150% and increased year by year.

Espressif Technologies CEO Zhang Ruian said that since the two parties reached a strategic cooperation in May 2020, Wuhan Xinxin has provided Espressif Technologies with a full range of Flash technical support services and long-term stable product supply. The FG 50nm NOR Flash series products launched by Wuhan Xinxin can meet the application requirements of Espressif Technologies' full range of IoT chips, smart homes and industrial modules. The two parties will continue to deepen cooperation, continuously explore new demands in the IoT market, and create more competitive products and solutions.
