Kunshan issued eight measures to support enterprises in stabilizing employment, stabilizing growth and promoting production

On January 19, Kunshan City, Suzhou officially released the "Several Measures to Support Enterprises in Maintaining Employment and Promoting Production during the Spring Festival" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), proposing eight measures, focusing on stabilizing employment and promoting production, and retaining employees, covering aspects such as stabilizing employment and retaining workers, stabilizing growth and promoting production.

The specific measures include: supporting enterprises to stabilize employment and retain workers. Encouraging enterprises to introduce incentives to guide non-local employees to stay in Kunming for the Spring Festival. Supporting enterprises with more orders and heavier production tasks to formulate staggered holidays and adjustment plans for non-local employees during the Spring Festival, and retaining as many as possible. For key enterprises with obvious results in stabilizing employment and retaining workers, rewards will be given according to the proportion and scale of employees who stay in Kunming.

Support enterprises to increase production steadily. For enterprises with a certain scale, stable production and employment during the Spring Festival, and significant contributions to the steady growth of the industrial economy, rewards will be given according to the scale of output value and growth rate.

Support enterprises to adjust employment. Give full play to the role of social organizations such as the Human Resources Association, the Human Resources Service Industry Association, and the Human Resources Professional Committee of the New Federation, encourage enterprises with temporary surplus labor and enterprises with temporary labor shortages to adjust employment surpluses and shortages, and give employee output enterprises a 100 yuan per person per day employee surplus and shortage adjustment reward based on the number of adjusted employees.
