Recently, the Shanghai Regulatory Bureau disclosed the summary report of Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. on the guidance work of Aojie Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Aojie Technology) for its initial public offering and listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. According to the disclosure, Haitong Securities has signed the "Guidance Agreement on the Initial Public Offering and Listing between Aojie Technology Co., Ltd. and Haitong Securities Co., Ltd." with the proposed listed company Aojie Technology on August 19, serving as the guidance institution for Aojie Technology's initial public offering and listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
